Christian brings over 12 years of diversified Commercial Real Estate experience in asset management, leasing, finance and property management. Prior to starting PPC’s third party management business, he was the Director of Real Estate for a family office portfolio in San Francisco’s financial district. Christian provides all corporate direction for PPC with a staff of over 30 real estate professionals and serves as an executive level point of contact for our clients.
Scott joined Paramount Property Company in January of 2017 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Property Management. Scott will provide all property management direction and serve as the executive-level point of contact for our Colorado clients’ portfolio needs. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Director of Property Management for PPC’s Colorado portfolio.
Todd Williams joined Paramount affiliate company Hamilton Zanze as General Counsel in 2014. He works with various Hamilton Zanze teams, affiliates and subsidiaries, and outside counsel to guide and oversee the legal matters that affect the firm’s day-to-day business and its strategic goals—from acquisitions, dispositions, and exchanges to leasing and property management, corporate governance, and risk management.
Ashlee Cabeal is Hamilton Zanze’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to her current role, Ashlee was a Senior Director on the HZ Transactions team and worked on acquisition, disposition, and refinance activity, providing expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, loan originations, and closing.
Kasia Minor joined Paramount Property Company in April 2019. Kasia is responsible for Paramount’s accounting operations for both property and corporate financials. Kasia has worked in real estate for over 20 years. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Regis University and maintains an active broker’s license with employing broker status in Colorado.
Nick is a construction specialist with over 10 years of experience in the Bay Area, and his work experience includes framing houses in Lake Tahoe, working with a major construction company for five years and being an Owners Representative for two years. Project catalog includes the Cal Memorial Football Stadium, One Rincon Hill Phase 2 Tower, Transbay Transit Center, Hunters Point Redevelopment and a 9MW Data Center and multiple tenant improvement projects.
James Widby Jr. brings over 10 years of IT leadership and experience to provide strategies keeping the company secure, innovative, and on budget. He overseas IT operations for Paramount Property Company and its affiliate Mission Rock Residential.
Amber Levine brings over nine years of experience in property management, operations, financial reporting, and tenant relations.
Kurt Westendorf brings more than ten years of experience in property management, construction management, financial management, reporting, and administrative support. In his role as Senior Property Manager at Paramount, Kurt manages a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties in Oakland and San Francisco.
Prior to joining Paramount Property Company, Kurt held various property management roles with Sunset Development Company, Wilson Meany LP, Cushman & Wakefield, and Boston Properties. Kurt managed 600,000 sq. ft. of the Bishop Ranch portfolio in San Ramon, Class A high-rise properties in San Francisco, and had a significant role in the renovation of 140 New Montgomery, an iconic historical landmark in San Francisco.
Janna is the Administrator for the Construction Management team and implements corporate initiatives on behalf of the Executive Team.
Brian Corbett is joined Paramount’s Construction Team as an Assistant Project Manager in 2021. As APM, he will be an integral part of the team involved with the full life cycle of all projects. Brian will be supporting Nick Greenlee with all projects related to GSR, Dunhill Partners, Paceline, DECA, ArkRow, Citrine Advisors and HP.
Julie Eng joined Paramount affiliate company Hamilton Zanze in 2014. She oversees all internal and external marketing and communications for Hamilton Zanze and its affiliate companies Graham Street Realty and Paramount Property Company. Julie has previously worked in public relations, journalism, and advertising.
Charles Mak joined Paramount affiliate company Hamilton Zanze in 2018. He manages the process of creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, and photos to assist the Hamilton Zanze affiliate companies’ marketing and communication efforts to ensure all final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
John is Managing Director of the Hamilton Zanze Construction & Risk Management team. He specializes in budgeting, project management, insurance, energy and water saving initiatives, waste and recycling programs, telecommunications, and risk management. John also supervises physical due diligence and helps with financial evaluations.
Gene He is joined Paramount in 2021 as an Assistant Property Administrator for PPC’s California properties. Prior to joining PPC, Gene managed leasing, budgeting, and administration for Cushman & Wakefield’s properties in Oakland and San Francisco.
Gene earned a BS in Business Administration — Finance from San Francisco State University, where he was a part of their Commercial Real Estate Fellows Program.
Chris Magyary joined Paramount Property Company in 2020 bringing more than ten years of experience in information technology, customer financial reporting, property management, and administrative support. In his role as Operations Manager, Chris oversees the coordination of property transitions, due diligence projects, benchmarking, and various other company initiatives.
